4 chicken breasts 1 c. dried sweetened cranberries 1 small onion 1-2 stalks celery Mayo
Boil chicken breasts and shred let cool. add remaining ingredients start with about 4 tbsp. of mayo add more till its to your liking. great on sandwiches. For the left over turkey after Thanksgiving use it instead of the chicken.
