4 lbs Ribs
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c vinegar
1/2 c sherry
2 tbsp Kikkomon soy sauce
1/4 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch added to 3 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Leave ribs in one piece. Baste ribs with Kikkomon sauce, baking for one hour at 350 degrees. Cut ribs to desired bite size pieces. On the side, bring sugar, vinegar, sherry, soy sauce & ginger to a boil. Add cornstarch and stir till smooth. Add sauce on ribs and cook about 20 mins for flavors to meld together.

Mom and dad always remembered the party at cousins, Jean and Sam Rivoli, where they had a party without silverware. We shared this recipe from over many holidays. Thanks and enjoy. We used to substitue the Sugar with TWIN. Not sure it is still available.
