Ingredients:  
1c. molasses or honey
1c. butter
1c. brown sugar
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 egg, beaten
1c. sifted flour
1tbsp. yellow ginger
pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Boil molasses or honey with the butter and sugar for six minutes. Let stand until lukewarm and add graded rind of 1 orange and the egg. Then add the flour, ginger, salt and soda. Mix well. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Bake in greased cookie sheets at 350.
