1 round loaf of sourdough bread (1 lb)
1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 oz)
1 tbsp. softened butter
1 tsp.Chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry ground mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar


Directions:
Directions:


Preheat oven to 350F. Combine spices and sugar, set aside. Cut circle in the top of the bread large enough for the cheese to fit in,remove bread center to make room for the cheese. Spread butter in bread and sprinkle with 2 tsp. of spices.With a sharp knife, make 2inch cuts around the top edge of the sourdoug at 1 inch intervals. Remove the rind from the Brie and place in bread. Sprinkle the remaining spices on the top of Brie. Replace the topand Bake on a baking sheet 20-30 min. (until the brie is soft. To serve, remove bread top and break into bite size pieces and dip into hot Brie. enjoy........
