5 lbs. cooked turkey, skin included and cut in cubes
1 whole bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
4-5 carrots grated, or shredded
8 cups cooked rice
7-8 garlic buds, chopped
8-10 beef Bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste

Cover with water, consistency should be like soup. Cook in large crock pot for 8 to 10 hours, on low heat, or on high for 5-6 hours. I would not add much salt, because of the Bouillon cubes.
