1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. shelled raw Spanish peanuts
1 tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking sheet. In a large (4 cup) measuring cup, combine sugar & syrup. Add peanuts. Microwave 8-10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Quickly spread on greased baking sheets - thin for brittle - let cool. After cool enough, remove & break into pieces. Store in closed container.
