1 c. flour
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 large eggs
3/4 c. raspberry jam (with or without seeds)
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13"x9" metal baking pan.
In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In a 3-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Remove saucepan from heat. Whisk in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Whisk in jam and vanilla. Gently stir in flour mixture just until blended. Spread batter in pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
