2 8 inch pie shells, baked
2 1/2 qrt fresh strawberries
1 c white sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 c boiling water
1 3 oz package strawberry gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix together sugar and cornstarch. Make sure to blend cornstarch in completely. Add boiling water and cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and stir until smooth. Let mixture cool to room temperature. Place strawberries in baked pie shells, position berries with points facing up. Pour cooled gelatin mixture over berries. Refrigerate until set. Serve with whipping topping if desired.
