3 cups cubed cooked chicken (or shrimp or crab)
1 pkg. uncooked creamettes (7 oz.)
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. chicken broth
1 2 oz. jar diced pimento
1/2 c. choppen green pepper
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
dash pepper
5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 small onion, minced

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, pour in large 9x13 buttered dish. Bake uncovered 1 hr. 15 min. at 350 degrees.
