4 T. butter
4 scallions- chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cups canned pumpkin
4 cups chicken stock
½ tsp salt
3 T. flour
¾ cup hot Half and Half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 T. butter and sauté onions. Add ingredients up to salt. Add 1 T. butter to flour and knead. Stir into soup. Bring to boil. Puree soup. Season. Add cream and remaining 1 T. butter.
