¾ cup cooking oil
3 T. cider vinegar
3 T. pure maple syrup
1 T. Dijon mustard
Fresh pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients; add salt. Heat in microwave and whisk again.
Pour over 6-8 cups of greens. Add pecans.
May add sliced broiled chicken. Broil for 3-4 minutes each side.
