4 chicken breasts
1 small can drained tiny English peas
garlic salt to taste
1 small package yellow rice (serves 4)
1/2 stick oleo
12 - 14 chopped green stuffed olives
Lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook yellow rice according to directions. Place chicken (bone side up) into dutch oven; salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with garlic salt, and dot with oleo, and lemon seasoning. Preheat oven to 375. Bake chicken in oven for 1 hour. Remove chicken from oven. Cover with a layer of rice, layer of peas, and olives. Put covered dish back into the oven and cook another 15-20 minutes.
