1 chicken boiled, deboned, and torn into pieces
1/2 C. Chopped green pepper
1/2 C. onion
3 T butter
1/3 C. milk
2 C. Velveeta cheese
1 6 oz can sliced mushrooms
6 wide lasagne noodles cooked
1 1/2 C., cottage cheese
1/2 C, parmesan cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup, milk, drained mushrooms, and cheese. Cook until blended. Place 1 1/2 noodles in greased 9 x 13 baking dis cover with 1/2 each of cottage cheese and chicken. Pepeat layers top with parmesan cheese. Bake 350 for 45 min. Cool slightly for easier serving.

I usually use more noodles than this calls for. I've yet to figure out how 1 1/2 noodles covers the bottom of the pan.
