Round steak
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese
Hard boiled eggs
Parsley
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Pound round steak very thin. Mix together the ingredients into a paste-like consistency. Spread on the steak, add sliced eggs, roll up and tie meat with cooking string. Brown the rolls. Bake for about 30 mins at 375, then add to the sauce.
