8 large potatoes
1 1/2 # ground beef
1 small onion
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomatoes paste
1 T. long grain rice
34 slices of American cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes . Use diced onion. Alternate layers of potatoes , onion, and hamburger. In the middle of the casserole put in soup and tomato paste. Add rice and cheese. Bake at 350.
