1 1/2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
3/4 c.sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2-1 t. ginger
1-11/4 t. cinnamon
1/4-1/2 t. nutmeg
1/4-1/2 t. cloves
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 milk
1-16 oz can (3/4 c.) evaporated milk
1 pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all your ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into your shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 450. Turn your oven then down to 325 and bake for 40 minutes. Check to see if done by inserting a knife in the middle of the pie. If it comes out clean its done.
