1 1/2-2lbs ground chuck
3 medium slices soft bread, torn into pieces,with 1 C. milk,
or 1 1/4 cup milk with 1 cup canned, dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup minced onion (or 1/4 tsp. onion powder)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each of pepper, celery salt, and garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together manually, and place in loaf
pan. Preheat oven to 350. Top meat loaf with 3 - 4 Tbsp. Catsup before baking. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
