6 chicken breasts, cut in half
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 tsp. celery salt
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 cups bread crumbs (I use canned crumbs)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and garlic. Blend well with a fork. Pour into 1 gallon zipper freezer bag( or other container you wish), and marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 . Remove chicken from sour cream mix and roll in the bread crumbs. Arrange in a lightly greased baking dish in a single layer. Melt butter and shortening together, and spoon half of it over the chicken. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Spoon remainder of butter & shortening over chicken, and bake another 10-15 minutes.
