cup of Thai Sate paste concentrated (to taste for spiciness)
2 cans of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of crunchy peanut butter


Mix until creamy liquid. Pour of mixture over sate meat already on bamboo skewers (skewers should be soaked overnight to keep from burning on grill). Marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours in refrigerator. Remaining sauce should be served for dipping after meat is grilled.
