1 pkg. orange Jell-o (3 oz)
Lemon Super Moist Cake Mix
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
2 T Lemon Extract

Glaze:
Powdered Sugar
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jell-o into 3/4 cup of boiling water. When jell-o is dissolved, add Lemon Super Moist Cake Mix, oil, eggs, and lemon extract. Beat 4 to 5 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into 2 loaf pans greased and bottom lined with wax paper. Bake 35 - 40 minutes in 325 to 350 degree oven.

Remove from pans when cool - top with Glaze of White Powdered Sugar and Lemon Juice.

This recipe is actually from the kitchen of Polly Witt (our double cousin). She makes this every Christmas for the school nurses, and I love it :o)
