Chicken pieces. 2 eggs 1/2 c milk 1 1/2 c bread crumbs 3/4 c flour
Mix egg and milk. Pour over chicken and refrigerate overnight. Mix together breadcrumbs and flour. Dip chicken into breadcrumb mixture. Brown chicken in Dutch oven 1/2 full oil. Cover and cook 10 min. Uncover and cook until crisp.
