Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 or 3 cloves of fresh garlic (or more depending on your taste)
Juice of ½ lime
2 T sesame tahini
1 large OR 2 regular cans of garbanzo beans
Extra Virgin Olive Oil for flavor and consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the garlic cloves in a food processor and then squeeze the juice of ½ a lime (no seeds). Let sit for 2 or 3 minutes. Remove the liquid from the garbanzo beans and rinse under cool water. Mix the garbanzo beans and sesame tahini into the garlic mixture as the food processor churns. Use as much or as little extra virgin olive oil for taste. The more you use, the thicker the consistency. Mix in the food processor until the hummus becomes smooth. Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips with lime flavor or fresh crusty bread.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Roast a red pepper in the oven, remove the skin & seeds and drop into mixture for a roasted red pepper hummus…yummy!
