3 C Flour
@ C sugar
6 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp baking soda

Pour into 3 holes: 2 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry ingredients into large bowl, Make 3 holes and pour vanilla, vinegar and oil into a hole each.
Pour 2 C cold water over all and beat 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 325.

Icing:
1 stick margarine
1/2 C shortning Cream
Add: 1 C sugar
3 Tbsp flour, slowly
3/4 C warm milk, slowly
1 tsp vanilla

Beat until smooth
