2 lb. hashbrown potatoes
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion chopped
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Break potatoes apart in large bowl. Stir the next 6 ingredients into the hashbrowns. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover & bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Crush 2 c. of corn flakes & add 1/4 c. melted butter. Uncover & top with corn flake crumb mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
