Spinach Pie Recipe

1 pie shell
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1/2 c oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 bunch scallions
1 lb ricotta cheese
1/2 lb feta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp dill
8 oz shredded cheese

Brown onions and scallions in oil. Cool. Combine ricotta, feta, eggs and dill. Add in spinach and onion mixture. Pour into pie shell and top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 45-60 minutes. Until knife inserted is clean.
