1 can Pillsbury Grand biscuits
1./2 cup sugar
1 T cinnamon
1 pkg. cream cheese, cut into 8 cubes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll out each biscuit into a 4 - 5 " circle. Dip cream cheese cube in butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar. Place cube in center of biscuit. Bring the sides up to the center and pinch together. Place in greased muffin pan pinch side down. Slit and "X" in the top. Repeat with other biscuits. Pour remaining butter over biscuits. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
