1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onions
3 c water
1 c chopped carrots
1 c chopped celery
1 c diced potatoes
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp basil
1 can tomatoes
cabbage

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients in a dutch oven. Simmer 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
