2 medium onions chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp oil
4 lbs ground beef
2 14 1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1/4 c green chili salsa
1 jalapeņo finely chopped
3/4 c chili powder
1 4oz can diced green chilies (undrained)
1.2 c water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, saute 1st 4 ingredients in oil until tender. Add ground beef stirring until browned. Drain. Add water and remaining ingredients, stirring after each addition. Simmer 2 1/2 - 3 hours, stirring frequently. Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.
