1 large bag boil in bag rice
2 eggs
Soy sauce – approx. 3 T. – (I don’t measure it – I just pour it until it looks right!!!)
Chicken cooked and cut into small pieces
1 small chopped onion
Chopped carrots – I buy shredded carrots and just cut about 15 pieces into small pieces
2 T. butter
Garlic salt

Cook bag of rice - pour into a large roast pan once cooked -
scramble eggs in a small pan and add to the cooked rice
add cooked chicken to rice and eggs
saute onion, and carrots - add to above
add butter and garlic salt - stir all together
add soy sauce - heat until all cooked together - about 15 minutes
