1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 pkg) frozen carrots, or fresh sliced
1 (8.5 oz) can creamed corn
2 cups leftover turkey, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. packaged dry stuffing
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and place in 2 quart casserole dish.

Top with 1 more c. dry stuffing, 3 T. margarine or butter, melted. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Add 1/2 c. grated cheese on top while hot.
