1 (16 oz) box elbow macaroni
1 level T. salt
1 T. oil
1 egg beaten with 4 c. milk (fat free can be used)
3 pks cheese- 8 oz shredded; 1 sharp cheddar, 1 regular cheddar, 1 Colby (setting aside 1 cup cheese for top after baking)
stick butter
1 more c. of milk mixed with TSR cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, but do not overcook. Drain, but do not rinse. In large bowl add macaroni, egg/milk, cheese. Then add butter, milk & cornstarch. Place in large baking dish.

Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 15 minutes (watch to make sure cheese does not scorch). Add remaining cheese to top for garnish.
