1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweet corn, cooked, drained & cooled
1/2 cup chopped red peper
1/3 cup chpped red onion
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 cups frozen mango fruit, chopped into 1/4-inch cubes
2-3 Tbsps. fresh lime juice
1/2 cup sweet orange marmalade, or guava jelly
1-2 serrano pepers, seeded, chopped, to taste

Directions:

COMBINE all ingredients in medium bowl.
REFRIGERATE until ready to enjoy.
SERVE with grilled fish, pork, or chicken or tortilla chips.
