1 can refried beans
1 large can chili
Pace picante sauce
Chili powder
8 oz grated cheese
10 -12 flour tortillas
Chopped onion (optional)
1 lb browned HB meat (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour refried beans onto a plate mash the beans out. Add 3 T chili stir together. Add 1 T picante sauce. Sprinkle chili powder over mixture. Heat in microwave just to get warm. Stir all of above together. Put a thin layer of chili in the bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Heat tortillas in microwave. Fill each tortilla with 1 T of beans/chili mixture. Add cheese, onion, HB meat. Roll tortilla up and place in pan. Cover top of enchiladas with remaining chili and sprinkle cheese over top of all. Cook 350 deg. for 45 minutes or until hot.
