1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb pecans, walnuts, almonds, peanuts
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 225, beat egg white with vanilla, and dip nut in to it. In small dish, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon. Roll nuts in sugar mix. Spread on cookie sheet bake one hour stir every 15 mins. cool and store in fridge.

*Optional Add dash of red pepper*
