1 small head cabbage (shredded for slaw)
6 chopped green onion
1/4 c sesame seeds
1 pkg Ramen noodles (any flavor)
1 pkg slivered almonds
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c oil
2 T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Toast sesame seeds, Ramen noodles & almonds in dry skillet or slow oven until lightly browned. Shake in a jar: vinegar, sugar, oil & soy sauce.
Pour over cabbage & onion approximately 1 hour before serving to give it a chance to marinate. Add the seeds, noodles, almonds just before serving to retain their crunchiness.
