3 C. cubed raw potatoes, peeled
1/4 C flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 C. milk
1/4 to 1/2 C. onion, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1/2 C. cubed potatoes in blender with the rest of the ingredients.Add the rest of the potatoes and blend slightly.

Fry on a very hot (400) greased griddle.

Enjoy with syrup or applesauce.
