1 lb dried red beans
7 cups water
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped medium onion
3 chopped celery sticks
3 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 lb sliced andouille sausage
3 tbs Creole seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook, covered, on high for about 7 hours or until beans are tender. Serve over rice.
