2 boneless chicken breast, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 small onions, chopped
1 cup water
1 tablespoon ketchup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a pan and cook over medium flame until chicken is done. Serve over rice or in a pita.
