2 cups elbow macaroni
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cans tuna
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
3 stalks of celery
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp basil
1 to 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni in large pot of water until tender (about 10 minutes). Dice all vegetables and mix with soup, tuna & macaroni in large casserole dish or stainless steel bowl. Top with grated cheddar and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour,

I like to add about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of hot pepper flakes for a bit more 'bite'!
