Whole Chicken cut-up
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. basil, crumbled
1/4 tsp. oregano, crumbled
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, onion, garlic salt, basil, oregano and pepper. Roll chicken pieces in the mixture to coat well. Place chicken in baking dish. Cover closely. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F) about 1 1/2 hours, until chicken in tender and lightly browned. Serve warm or cold.

Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese on top before covering. Take the foil off for the last 15 minutes so the cheese browns. Serve warm.
