1 8oz cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1 c. strawberry slices
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mix until well blended. Mash 3/4 c. strawberry slices. Stirring cream cheese mixture. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Then fold remaining strawberries into mixture. Pour into Graham Cracker Crust or regular pie crust (baked).

I use the whole 1/2 pint of cream whipped. It is not much more the a cup and makes it more solid.
