Blueberry Sauce:
4 Cups of Blueberries
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Cup of Water

Dumplings:
2 Cups of Buttermilk Baking Mix (Bisquick)
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2/3 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 quart saucepan or 10 inch skillet, place blueberries, lemon juice, 1/2 cup of sugar, and the water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir together baking mix and sugar; then gradually stir in just enough milk to make a soft dough. Drop dough from tablespoon onto simmering blueberries. Cook gently, uncovered, for 10 mins. Then cover and cook 10 minutes more or until Dumplings feel done when touched lightly. Remove cover and set pan aside and cool slightly. Serve with ice cream. Makes 10 to 12 dumplings. 1 or 2 dumplings per serving.
