1 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 C Sugar
2 T Cocoa
1/2 C Milk
2 T Vegetable Oil
1 C Brown Sugar packed
1/4 C Cocoa
1 3/4 C Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift in bowl: Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Sugar and 2 T Cocoa. Stir in 1/2 C milk and 2 T Vegetable Oil. Spread in 9" square pan. Sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and 1/4 C Cocoa. Pour hot water slowly over entire pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
