2 cans Frito Lay Bean Dip
1 pound ground beef
2 cups sour cream
3 packets Old El Paso taco meat seasoning
half head of lettuce
1 bag shredded Mexican style cheese
1 ripe tomato chopped
1 bunch of green onions

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook 1 pound ground beef according to instructions on Old El Paso taco meat package (let cool while you chop veggies).
2) Chop all veggies in easy to bite pieces.
3) Mix sour cream with 2 packets of Old El Paso taco meat seasoning.
4) Spread 2 cans of Frito Lay bean dip evenly on cookie sheet.
5) Sprinkle ground beef over bean dip.
6) Spread sour cream mixture over beef.
7) Sprinkle chopped lettuce over sour cream.
8) Sprinkle bag of cheese over lettuce.
9) Sprinkle diced tomato and green onions and any other veggies you like (black olives, cilantro, and peppers are good too).

Serve with tortilla chips.

I usually serve my dip with Doritos or Restaurant Style Tostito's. You can make a border around the cookie sheet with your chips.
