1 Cup Cooking Oil
2 Cups Sugar
2 Large Eggs
3 Cups Diced Apples
3 Cups of Flour
1 Cup Raisins
1 Cup of chopped Walnuts
1 Tsp. of Cinnamon
1 Tsp. of Baking Soda
1 Tsp. of Salt
2 Tsp. of Vanilla

Oven Temp.: 325
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into a 13x9 pan
Cook for 1 hour
