Ingredients:  
4 c. white chicken(about 4 chicken breasts cooked)
2 c. mayo
4 c. chopped celery
4 T. chopped green onions
2 T. lemon juice
1 C. slivered almonds
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small jar pimiento
1 t. Accent - salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together, put into greased 9x13 pan (I prefer Pyrex). Cover with 3 cups crushed potato chips and 1 small package shredded American cheese - mixed together.

Bake 350 45 - 50 minutes
