1 pie crust 3 lb bag Macintosh apples 1 c sugar 2 tbs flour 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon dash nutmeg
CRUMB TOPPING: 1 c flour 1/2 c brown sugar 1/2 c butter
Preheat oven to 425º. Form crust in pie pan. Peel and slice apples. Add sugar, flour cinnamon & nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter to form crumbs. Crumble on top of pie. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
