Mix butter, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla together. Form into balls and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Melt chips and wax in double boiler. Place toothpick into ball & dip in chocolate mixture until leaves a small circle on top of ball to look like a buckeye.
