2 cans (16 oz each) refried beans
3 medium avocados
3 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg (1 1/4 oz) dry taco seasoning
1 cup chopped green onions
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese--8 oz
1 can (4 oz) ripe olives chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Spread beans on a large serving plate. Beat avocados, lemon juice, salt & pepper.. Place over beans--leave a border of beans. Combine sour scream, mayonnaise & taco seasoning. Spread over avocado mixture--leave border of avocado. Layer remaining ingredients as listed:onions, tomatoes, cheese & olives. Serve with taco chips
