1 lb. mild cheddar cheese (Grated while cold)
16 oz. cream cheese at room temp.
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup green onions (green stem) chopped
garlic salt
tabasco
Worcestershire sauce
strawberry preserves
crackers
mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add grated cheddar cheese, chopped pecans, and chopped green onions Shake garlic salt, tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce in mixture. Grease mold with small amount of mayonnaise. Let sit overnight. Before ready to serve, put strawberry preserves in middle, and crackers around outside.
